THE murder trial of Peter Morgan has been postponed, allowing time for review of various documents relating to the trial including a psychiatric report.

The 53-year-old from Llanellen is accused of murdering 25-year-old Georgina Symonds in Usk in January.

Morgan appeared in Cardiff Crown Court last Friday (27th May) where the trial date was pushed back. A pre-trial review date has been set for the 10th October.

Morgan has been remanded in custody.
