A 35-YEAR-OLD Monmouth man has been banned from the road for a year by Newport magistrates after he was caught driving under the influence of cannabis.

Marty Morris, of Kings Fee, admitted drug driving on October 16, 2022.

As well as losing his licence, he was also fined £120 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £48 surcharge - a total of £253.
