Monmouth Rotary Club's Model Railway Exhibition, has rapidly become Wales's premier one-day model railway show and this year was no exception.

30 working model railway layouts were on show with exhibitors from Bristol, Gloucester and further afield. There were exhibitors selling their latest products and some rare items that modellers require for their hobby.

The Wye Valley Railway group members, Ben Norville, Dr Peter Kennington and Bill Hall are often seen at the Old Station at Tintern. On Sunday, (8th February) they exhibited 'Roselea', a 5" gauge super-simplex steam engine built by David Storer which can be seen at the Wye Valley Railway Society running days this summer.

Rotary organisers Peter Pierce, Jenny Green and David Forbes are pictured with Richard and Paul Easson from Bristol with their P4 gauge railway diorama, left.
