What an interesting idea the Monnow Street traffic plans are!

In my view it simply won’t work because Monmouth drivers are, in my experience, the most impatient, selfish and aggressive drivers that I have ever encountered.

Ask them to give way to other vehicles, no way. Just stand at the top of Monnow Street and watch. Best put traffic lights in.

And yes, put in another lane at the Wye Bridge, long overdue and the current arrangement at the Dixton roundabout reinforces my view of the standard of driving in this town.
