MADAM,

A special thank you to everyone who took part in the recent Memory Walk for Alzheimer’s on September 25th, from Ganarew to St. Dubricius Church in Whitchurch.

As well as the walkers and marshals, thanks to those who baked cakes, and served refreshments at the end of the walk.

We were also very grateful to JMC Taxis in Whitchurch, who provided transport between the venues, to Clive Cowell and to Balfour Beatty in Hereford, who supplied hi-vis jackets for added safety.

I should like to express my sincere thanks to everyone involved in the organisation and running of the event, who made it so successful.

Thanks to the number of donations and sponsorship, well over £1000 has been raised for this very worthwhile charity.
