On behalf of everyone in St Dubricius Church Whitchurch, may I express my thanks to all those associated with the Monmouth Male Voice Choir at the concert last Friday night.

Vocal talent and expertise were delivered through an obvious love of music, singing and support for the community. The delighted audience, some of whom had travelled from Birmingham, were entertained and enthralled by the choir’s performance. Their varied programme ensured that all tastes in music were satisfied.

Congratulations to everyone involved in making the concert such a resounding success, including the musical director, accompanist, the compère and each member of the choir. We are so fortunate to have a choir of this quality locally.

Enormous gratitude is also given to Tori, Jono, Dave and the dedicated staff at The Old Court Hotel in Whitchurch. Without their generosity, hospitality and support, we should have been unable to organise this wonderful concert.

Thanks to everyone who attended and supported us, so that the event was such a memorable occasion for all.
