FORESTRY England has released footage of the less-than-a-year-old beaver kits at Greathough Brook in Lydbrook chowing down on a scrumptious new snack.

The organisation, which is managing the beavers' reintroduction at the enclosure, says the kits, born in the spring, "have just discovered apples".

Last week, it was confirmed by Forestry England that a second beaver enclosure in the Forest was set to be created off of Spruce Ride, near the Speech House.
