Have you seen a big green ugly monster around town?

He could be hiding behind your bins, in the fields or if you are very lucky you could catch him scrounging around in the alley behind the Savoy Theatre. Shrek and his side kick Donkey have been looking for Princess Fiona - but beware the Dragon, or you’ll get scorched, unless ofcourse you manage to soften her with a song.

The Savoy Youth Theatre are so excited to be back with their first stage performance since lock down, and they are going from strength to strength. So don’t miss out on the opportunity to come and see this fantastic show. It’s suitable for all ages, and with our completely inclusive policy, you’ll get to see the potential of all our young people, juniors and seniors alike. With some of the best characters from the Ugly Duckling, the Three Bears and Pinocchio to the hilarious Lord Fargquaad, you’ll be filled with laughter and delight and we’re expecting you to be dancing and singing along to I’m A Believer when we get to our riotous finale.

We would also love to see your own drawings of your favourite forever after Ogres, (other characters available!) Bring them along to the show or hand them into the Savoy Theatre to see if they are displayed in the Foyer.
