REDBROOK Primary School sported a team of cross country runners at the District Cross Country Selection event at Newent School last week.

Although none of their runners were selected for the

Forest of Dean junior team, they held their own in a field of excellent competition.

St John's on the Hill swept to victory in both the boy's and girl's categories with both winners picking up places on the District team.
